Ihor Likhovy (ukr. І́гор Дми́трович Ліхови́й, born 12 June 1957) - Ukrainian statesman and public figure, diplomat, museologist, historian, culturologist, Minister of Culture and Tourism of Ukraine (2005–2006), Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Belarus (2007–2010).
From 6 February, 2007 to 24 February, 2010 — Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Belarus[1][2].
From December 17, 2014 to April 20, 2016 — First Deputy Minister of Culture of Ukraine[3][4].
